Package the Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
